The Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs of Nghe An Province awarded support for the construction of two gratitude houses in Vinh Tuong and Dai Dong communes.
Attending the ceremony were Lieutenant General Hoang Khanh Hung - Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs; Mr. Ho Duc Thanh - Chairman of the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs of Nghe An province; Representatives of the leaders of 2 communes: Vinh Truong and Dai Dong.
On this occasion, the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs of Nghe An province coordinated with Vinh Tuong commune to present 80 million VND donated by the Engineering Corps - Ministry of National Defense to support the construction of a house of gratitude for Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc's family - worshiping veteran revolutionary martyr Nguyen Van On, in Tuong Son 9 village, Vinh Tuong commune and presented 60 million VND to Ms. Ngu Thi Chau - worshiping martyr Nguyen Quang Hoi, in village 4A, Dai Dong commune (Nghe An) donated by the Vietnam Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs.
This is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source"; caring for and improving the material and spiritual life of families of martyrs and people with revolutionary contributions, helping families of martyrs have solid houses, reducing difficulties, stabilizing their lives and contributing to the locality in hunger eradication, poverty reduction, and new rural construction.
Up to now, the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs of Nghe An province has called for resources to support the construction of 614 gratitude houses./.
