Vietnamese Association in Sweden donates charity house in Do Luong

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 24, on behalf of the Vietnamese Association in Sweden, leaders of the Party Committee, government, and organizations of Luu Son commune (Do Luong) held a ceremony to hand over a charity house to Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, Tran Phu hamlet.

Leaders of Luu Son commune (Do Luong) presented 30 million VND to the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoa (80 years old), her husband died early, her family's circumstances are difficult, her house is degraded. In order to help her have a stable house, the Vietnamese Association in Sweden supported her with upgrading and building a house with a sum of 30 million VND. The house was built with 3 rooms and an area of ​​56 m2, with the support of dozens of working days from the Women's Association, organizations and people of Tran Phu hamlet.

This is an act demonstrating the spirit of "mutual love and support" of the Vietnamese community in Sweden, cadres and people of Luu Son commune, helping Ms. Hoa's family have a stable place to live.
