Ho Chi Minh City Young Physicians Association provides free medical examination and medicine in Ngoc Son commune (Thanh Chuong)
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 28, the Ho Chi Minh City Young Doctors Association organized a program to examine patients, distribute medicine, and give gifts to "Young Doctors for Community Health" in Thanh Chuong district.
On this occasion, the delegation chose Ngoc Son commune - one of the disadvantaged communes of Thanh Chuong district as the location to implement the program.
In the morning, a group of young doctors from the city named after Uncle Ho, including 18 highly qualified doctors and nurses, fully equipped with medical equipment for diagnosis such as ultrasound, electrocardiogram, respiratory function test machine, etc., directly examined and diagnosed diseases for free for local people. According to estimates, more than 500 people in Ngoc Son commune were examined and given medicine by the young doctors.
Within the framework of the program, doctors and nurses from the Ho Chi Minh City Young Physicians Association also presented many meaningful gifts to the people of Ngoc Son commune, with the hope that people will further raise their awareness of health care, strive to overcome difficulties, and improve their lives.
