Nghe An Literature and Arts Association arranges new personnel after the 10th Congress

(Baonghean.vn) - At the meeting, the Executive Committee of the 10th term unanimously assigned Mr. Ho Mau Thanh to be in charge of general affairs, organization, personnel, foreign affairs, and account holder.

On the afternoon of June 22, at the Office of the Nghe An Literature and Arts Association, the 10th Executive Committee held an expanded meeting, the second session chaired by the Association's Chairman Ho Mau Thanh.

At the meeting, the Executive Committee of the 10th term unanimously assigned the Standing Committee including Mr. Ho Mau Thanh to be in charge of general affairs, organization, personnel, foreign affairs, and account holder; Mr. Dinh Tri Dung - Vice President of the Association, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, directing the work of the literary sector (Literature, Poetry, Theory and Criticism Committee), in charge of Party work, directing the Association Office, the Association's Trade Union, and administrative reform work; Ms. Pham Thuy Vinh - Member of the Party Committee, Vice President of the Association, Editor-in-Chief of Song Lam Magazine, in charge of the Association's Website, Head of the Poetry Committee; Mr. Trinh Van Thuan, directing the work of the arts sector (Photography, Fine Arts, Music, Dance, Theater Committee); Mr. Ho Ngoc Quang, directing the work of the local Association, and Head of the Literature Committee.

Highly agreed on the assignment of the Executive Committee including: Mr. Le Thanh Nga - Head of the Youth Literature Department; Mr. Ho Ngoc Quang - Head of the Prose Department; Ms. Pham Thuy Vinh - Head of the Poetry Department; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Anh - Head of the Theory and Criticism Department; Mr. Le Hong Ky - Head of the Music and Dance Department; Mr. Le Quang Dung - Head of the Photography Department, concurrently Head of the Association's Inspection Department; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Truyen - Head of the Fine Arts Department; Mr. Bui Xuan Loc - Head of the Stage Department; Mr. Lang Quoc Khanh - Head of the Association's Propaganda Department; Mr. Vi Tan Hoi - Head of the Mountainous Literature Department; Ms. Kha Thi Thuong - Head of the Children's Literature Department; Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc - Head of the Membership Department.
The meeting also highly agreed on the reorganization of the Association Office to streamline the apparatus and increase efficiency in work; agreed on a number of action programs, promoted legal procedures to continue publishing Song Lam Magazine, and built the Association's Website and Song Lam electronic page as soon as possible. Highly agreed on a number of operating mechanisms and work plans of the Association from now until the end of 2019.
