More than 500 lanterns donated to Kim Lien National Special Relic Site
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of May 9, at Kim Lien Special National Relic Site, the handover ceremony of the lantern system donated by Thung Nham Eco-tourism Area (Ninh Binh) took place on the occasion of the 134th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2024).
Attending the handover ceremony were representatives of the Department of Culture and Sports,Kim Lien Special National Monumentand Doanh Sinh Trade and Tourism Service Joint Stock Company, Thung Nham Eco-tourism Area.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Cong Chat - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Doanh Sinh Trade and Tourism Services Joint Stock Company, Thung Nham Eco-tourism Area said: In a program about the source of incense offering at Kim Lien Relic Site, the Board of Directors of Thung Nham Eco-tourism Area expressed their desire to donate a lantern system to create a sparkling space on the way to Kim Lien Relic Site and received the approval of the Management Board of Kim Lien Relic Site.

Then, with all the enthusiasm, expressing the business's affection and sincere heart, infinite gratitude to the spirit of beloved Uncle Ho - the great leader of the nation, the staff and employees personally crafted more than 500 wooden lanterns, with lotus motifs of Uncle Ho's hometown in more than 1 month to present to Kim Lien Relic Site on the occasion of the 134th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Culture and Sports expressed their deep gratitude to the hearts of the staff of Thung Nham Eco-tourism Area. At the same time, they hoped that in the coming time, Doanh Sinh Trade and Tourism Service Joint Stock Company and Thung Nham Eco-tourism Area will continue to have activities accompanying the work of preserving, embellishing and promoting the value of Kim Lien Relic Site - a place that preserves relics and artifacts associated with the homeland, family, childhood and two visits to Uncle Ho's hometown, a historical-cultural tourist destination, educating revolutionary traditions, honoring the life and career of the great President Ho Chi Minh.
