Merging the Organizing Committee and the Department of Internal Affairs of Hoang Mai town from January 2020
(Baonghean.vn) - The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee agreed on the pilot plan to merge the Organizing Committee of Hoang Mai Town Party Committee and the Department of Home Affairs of Hoang Mai Town People's Committee into the Organizing - Home Affairs Committee of Hoang Mai Town. The merger will be implemented from January 1, 2020.
This is one of the contents in Notice No. 1942 -TB/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee dated October 4, 2019.

Accordingly, the Provincial Party Standing Committee requested the Hoang Mai Town Party Standing Committee to issue a decision to merge the Hoang Mai Town Party Organization Committee and the Department of Home Affairs of the Hoang Mai Town People's Committee; implement the process of appointing leaders and managers in accordance with the regulations of the Party, the State and the authority to manage cadres; direct the development of working regulations, assign responsibilities and organize the activities of the Organization - Home Affairs Committee.
The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee led the Provincial People's Committee to transfer the staff of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Hoang Mai Town People's Committee to the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee for management by the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee.
Previously, at the meeting on September 27, 2019, the Provincial Party Standing Committee reviewed Document No. 12 - TTr/ThuU dated August 20, 2019 of the Hoang Mai City Party Standing Committee and Document No. 1060 - Ttr/BTCTU dated September 25, 2019 of the Provincial Party Organizing Committee requesting this content.
Implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, on October 8, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 7187/UBND - TH to the Department of Home Affairs and the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town conveying the opinion of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Hoa assigning the Department of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town to advise the Provincial People's Committee to transfer the establishment of the Home Affairs Department of the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town to the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee for management by the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee.
