(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 29, in Vinh city, the General Department of Population and Family Planning organized a training program on communication skills for officers of the Department of Population and Family Planning in provinces and cities.

However, in recent years, according to the assessment of the General Department of Population and Family Planning, the content of population communication has focused on family planning, not really going into depth, only focusing on childbearing age, densely populated areas and economic development. Communication to remote areas, where the educational level is low, still has many difficulties and limitations.

In order to orient the content as well as achieve the goal of improving the quality of the population, Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW has proposed a solution to innovate the content of communication and education, which must strongly shift to population and development policies. In that spirit, the 2018 training program on communication work will focus on issues of innovation, improving the effectiveness of communication and education work on the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws.
