The new version of the legendary Honda Super Cub starts at $2,050.
Honda sells upgraded versions of the 50 and 110cc Super Cub in Japan in both standard and Pro versions.
The new version uses LED lights, a single-cylinder 4-stroke engine with high-tech refinements with harder cylinders and pistons and reduced friction. At the same time, to meet current emission standards in Japan, the engine integrates Honda's PGM electronic fuel injection system, the exhaust system uses a new muffler with a two-stage exhaust catalyst.

The new Super Cub series is available in two versions: classic and special. The special version is equipped with a front basket and a rear rack, 14-inch wheels, while 17-inch wheels are equipped on the standard Super Cub line.
The options list includes a range of new colors, with two engine versions: 50cc (3.7 horsepower) and 110cc (8 horsepower).
The Super Cub was developed under the reign of founder Soichiro Honda. The scooter became popular in many parts of the world thanks to its distinctive design and convenience. With its fuel economy and outstanding durability, the Super Cub is also used for food and newspaper delivery services. Currently, the Super Cub is produced in 15 different locations and sold in more than 160 countries and territories.
The new Super Cub 50 and 110cc versions are produced in Ozu and sold at dealers in Japan from November 10.
In Japan, the standard Honda Super Cub 50 costs $2,050 and the Pro version costs $2,240. The standard Super Cub 110 costs $2,430 and the Pro version costs $2,620.

Along with the new Super Cub, Honda plans to introduce the new CC110 - a new Cross Cub, an urban vehicle exclusively for the Japanese market. It is not yet clear whether the CC110 will be sold in markets outside of Japan.
Launched in August 1958, the Honda Super Cub has become the ideal model in the two-wheeled line in all countries of Europe, America and then Asia. Since its launch, Super Cub sales have increased steadily.
In May 1959, Honda produced more than 10,000 Super Cub C100s, a number that increased to more than 20,000 in December 1959, the highest in the 50cc segment at that time. By 2008, Honda had produced 60 million Super Cubs, and by 2014, 87 million. The 2017 Tokyo Motor Show marked the 100 millionth vehicle produced. The Super Cub is the most produced motorcycle in history.
