iPhone sued for copying Chinese phones
A Chinese company called Baili filed a lawsuit to ban Apple from selling the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus because they claim that they infringe on its design copyright and are too similar to its products.
The design of Apple's iPhone 6 and 6 Plus models is reflected by Baili as being too similar to their 100C product. They believe that the differences between the products are too small for ordinary consumers to distinguish. This has affected Baili's phone sales and their design copyright needs to be protected.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Baili filed a lawsuit in May and a court in Beijing (China) ordered a ban on iPhone 6 sales in the city. But another news from CNBC said that the lawsuit is real, Apple has appealed and the ban on iPhone 6 sales has not been applied. In the latest announcement from Apple's representative, the company also said that iPhone 6 and 6s Plus continue to be sold normally in the Chinese market. However, Apple confirmed the above incident and said that it is waiting for a review from the Beijing court.
China is now a particularly important market for Apple. However, the company has also encountered many problems here. In addition to having too many fake products, copying the design of each new Apple product launched, they also face the management of the government.
Earlier this year, the company's iBooks and iMovies services were shut down because China said they did not have the proper licenses.
