Plan to collect comments on the draft Political Report of the Party Executive Committee of Nghe An province

Pursuant to Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated May 30, 2019 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 13th National Party Congress; Instruction No. 22-HD/VPTW, dated March 22, 2017 of the Central Party Office, the Provincial Party Congress Document Subcommittee issued a Plan to solicit comments on the draft Political Report of the 18th Provincial Party Executive Committee to be submitted to the 19th Provincial Party Congress.

According to this plan, the collection of comments on the draft Political Report will be carried out from May to July 2020, specifically as follows:

+ May 2020:

- The Standing Committee of the Document Subcommittee organized work and sought comments from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (in Hanoi); and sought comments from the Provincial Socio-Economic Advisory Group.

- Submit the draft Political Report to the Party Congress under the Provincial Party Committee for discussion and comments.

- Send the draft Political Report to seek comments from former Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; former Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee.

+ June 2020:

- Organize to collect opinions from the Fatherland Front, people's organizations, scientists, intellectuals, and artists.

- The Standing Committee of the Document Subcommittee organized work and sought comments from leaders and former leaders of the Party, State, and central ministries and branches who are from Nghe An (in Hanoi).

- Send the draft Political Report to request comments from central ministries, branches and localities that have cooperative relationships with Nghe An province (the Standing Committee of the Document Subcommittee will direct ministries, branches and sectors to implement specifically).

+ July 2020:

Announce the core contents of the draft Political Report on the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Electronic Information Portal, Nghe An Provincial Electronic Information Portal, Nghe An Newspaper, and the Provincial Radio and Television Station to widely collect opinions from all walks of life.

+ August 2020:

Synthesize comments and feedback, report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee for consideration and completion of the draft Political Report.

Request:

- Collecting comments on the draft Political Report closely follows the requirements of Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated May 30, 2019 of the Politburo, instructions of the Central Party Office, and the plan to prepare for the Provincial Party Congress.

- Implement in many forms suitable to reality, ensuring practicality, effectiveness, and on schedule. Comments must be fully summarized and reported to the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee for study and inclusion in the Political Report and draft Resolution of the Congress.

- The advisory agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, departments, branches of the province and the district, city, town Party Committees and affiliated Party Committees must uphold their responsibilities, seriously and effectively carry out the work of collecting opinions and synthesizing comments on the draft Political Report.
