Specifically, at the above time and location, a man was driving a motorbike pulling a 2-wheeled cart carrying rocks and another man was pushing the cart from behind to cross the road.railwayHowever, because the trailer was carrying heavy goods, it got stuck on the railway track. At the same time, the HSE8 train traveling from Vinh to Thanh Hoa at high speed crashed into the trailer, seriously injuring the man on the motorbike, while the other person managed to escape safely.

After the accident, train HSE8 stopped in time, the train crew and local people helped take the victim to the emergency room in critical condition. The victim was identified as Mr. Nguyen Duc D., 45 years old, residing in village 8, Quynh Loc commune, Hoang Mai town.
Upon receiving information about the accident, Hoang Mai Town Police promptly coordinated with the Railway Department to investigate the cause and handle the incident. The train stopped for 20 minutes, then continued its journey.
