Test results of 61 F1 of a man in Dien Chau infected with Covid-19 after going to Laos
(Baonghean.vn) - At 2:00 p.m. on May 24, 2021, Dien Chau District Medical Center received information from Dien Bich Commune Medical Station that there was 1 case of Covid-19 after entering Laos. The health sector immediately investigated and took samples for testing of F1s.
This case left the locality at 7:00 p.m. on May 20, boarded Tuan Hung bus, license plate 27B - 000.73, with about 30 people on board. Arrived at Dien Bien bus station at 9:00 a.m. on May 21 and boarded the company bus at 1:00 p.m. on May 21.take to Laosthrough Tay Trang border gate. At 11:30 p.m. on May 21, arrived in Laos and was quarantined.

Immediately after receiving the information, Dien Chau District Medical Center reported to ask for instructions from Nghe An Provincial Center for Disease Control, Dien Chau District Covid-19 Prevention and Control Steering Committee and coordinated with the medical station, Dien Bich Commune Covid-19 Prevention and Control Steering Committee to conduct investigation, monitoring, isolation, and sample collection.
Investigation results show that before leaving Nghe An, this patient had a rather complicated travel schedule within the district. 61 F1 cases have been identified who had close contact with the patient from May 19 to 20. Dien Chau District Medical Center has taken samples for testing and sent them to Nghe An Provincial Center for Disease Control for testing. The first test results of all 61 samples were negative for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Dien Chau District Medical Center has also traced F2 cases that came into contact with F1 cases; organized disinfection spraying in areas where patients had been and houses with F1 cases; contacted patients to supplement further investigation and monitoring; propagated and instructed citizens to quarantine at home according to regulations...
Currently, Dien Chau district is continuing to screen and trace F1 and F2 cases and collect samples for testing; directing Dien Bich commune to deploy a centralized quarantine area in the commune; and developing a plan to implement Directives 15 and 16 when directed by superiors.
On the morning of May 25, a working delegation of the Department of Health led by Associate Professor, Dr. Duong Dinh Chinh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control, Director of Nghe An Department of Health, visited Dien Bich commune, Dien Chau district to directly direct the implementation of anti-epidemic solutions./.
