Opening of the advanced political theory class 2015-2017

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 28, in Vinh city, the Regional Political Academy I, under the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, in coordination with the Provincial Political School, held the opening ceremony of the non-concentrated advanced political theory class for the 2015-2017 term.

Attending the opening ceremony were comrades Dr. Dau Tuan Nam - Deputy Director of the Regional Political Academy I; Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Thanh Hien - Principal of the Provincial Political School; and representatives of a number of Party Committees of the Provincial Party Committee.

The advanced non-concentrated political theory class, 2015 - 2017 course, includes 90 students who are managers at all levels in the province.

During the 2-year period, under the instruction of lecturers of the Regional Political Academy I, students will acquire a basic and systematic understanding of the principles of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought and the viewpoints and guidelines of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the State's legal policies; knowledge of politics, socio-economics and other humanities.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: The development target for the 5-year period 2015 - 2020 of the province is very high, requiring great efforts, including the staff and civil servants. Training, fostering, improving the qualifications and capacity of the staff, including training and fostering political theory is an important step.

Therefore, students are required to concentrate their thoughts and responsibilities to participate fully in studying with a spirit of effort and high effort to equip themselves with basic political theory knowledge, combined with improving their capacity and working skills.
