Opening of the Football Tournament to celebrate the Internal Affairs sector

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 9, in Vinh City, the Football Tournament to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Party's Internal Affairs sector (January 5, 1966 - January 5, 2016) officially kicked off.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Van Thong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Comrades of the Provincial Party Committee: Pham Thi Hong Toan - Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Secretary of Quy Hop District Party Committee and leaders of Quy Hop district.

Comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee presented flowers to congratulate the football teams.

The organizers awarded souvenir flags to the teams participating in the tournament.

The football tournament to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Party's Internal Affairs sector was organized by the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee with the participation of 4 football teams: the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Nghe An Newspaper, Department of Natural Resources and Environment and Quy Hop district.

This is one of many activities organized by the Nghe An Provincial Internal Affairs Department to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the industry's tradition, contributing to motivating officials and experts in the department to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Party.

Besides, the tournament is also an opportunity to improve health, enhance exchange and solidarity among officers and civil servants of participating units.

In the opening match of the tournament, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department won 3-0 against Nghe An Newspaper. The second match between the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and Quy Hop District had a score of 2-5.

The football tournament celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Party's Internal Affairs sector will end on January 10.

The opening match of the tournament took place between the two teams of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee (yellow shirts) and Nghe An Newspaper (red shirts).
