Cao Son is a commune about 20km east of Anh Son district center, with a long terrain and sparse population. The previous power line planning was located in the garden and residential land of the people.

The area managed by Quy Hop Power Company has many high hills and mountains, rivers and streams (especially the 371 and 372E15.3 lines mostly go on high hills and through streams and streams). In particular, the 374 E15.3 line passing through the two communes of Dong Hop and Yen Hop has a situation where some households have not cooperated, deliberately planted trees in violation of the high-voltage grid corridor and have not trimmed them, leading to the risk of causing incidents.
As of early 2024, in Yen Hop commune, there are still more than 70 households with trees under and on both sides of the power grid corridor. Initially, the Electricity sector also had quite a "headache" when dealing with trees in people's gardens that affected the safety corridor of the power grid, because the homeowners stubbornly refused.
