Nghe An State Treasury expands online public services

The report of Nghe An State Treasury shows that in 2019, the unit proactively coordinated closely with revenue agencies in the province to drastically implement the State budget revenue estimate, achieving high efficiency according to the Resolution assigned by the Provincial People's Council.
Total budget revenue in the area was 16,341 billion VND, reaching 121.07% of the plan. Of which, domestic revenue was 14,636 billion VND, reaching 124.06% of the plan; import-export tax revenue was 1,704 billion VND, reaching 100.29% of the plan.

As of December 30, 2019, the State budget expenditure control work through the State Treasury has controlled VND 22,777 billion/VND 23,765 billion, reaching 95% of the regular expenditure estimate of the State budget through the State Treasury, ensuring safety and compliance with the law.
Regarding basic construction investment expenditure, by December 30, 2019, the cumulative disbursed public investment capital was VND 8,782 billion/plan VND 12,008 billion, reaching 73% of the capital plan.
In addition, in 2019, the State Treasury promoted administrative reform; focused on improving and simplifying budget collection and expenditure procedures in the State Treasury sector; promoted the implementation of projects to implement the Government's resolutions on simplifying administrative procedures and citizen papers; reduced payment time; and prevented backlog of records...
Through public services, leaders of the State Treasury at all levels can immediately check the status of processing records and documents. This increases the responsibility of professional staff when receiving, checking and returning results during the performance of their duties.

In 2020, Nghe An State Treasury continued to promote administrative reform, expand the deployment of online public services, strictly implement the one-stop procedure in the State budget; effectively apply and deploy IT programs in accounting, payment and control of State budget expenditures, and strive to organize and manage the State budget fund to ensure strictness and safety.
At the same time, the State Treasury system will closely monitor the state budget revenue and expenditure situation; synthesize and promptly and accurately report information to serve the management and operation of the state budget fund of leaders at all levels. At the same time, speed up the disbursement of investment capital, focus on recovering advanced capital, contributing to the successful implementation of the province's socio-economic goals.
At the conference this morning, Nghe An State Treasury also approved the content of the emulation covenant for 2020 and elected delegates to attend the conference of typical advanced delegates of the Central State Treasury.In the period 2015 - 2019, Nghe An State Treasury was awarded the title of National Emulation Fighter by the Prime Minister to 1 individual; the President awarded the Second Class Labor Medal to 1 individual; the Third Class Labor Medal to 1 collective and 2 individuals; the Prime Minister awarded Certificates of Merit to 7 individuals; the Ministry of Finance awarded the Emulation Flag to 4 collectives; the Provincial People's Committee awarded the Emulation Flag to 7 collectives and a number of other titles by the Ministry of Finance and the General Director of the State Treasury.
