Construction of “Red Scarf House” for poor student families in Thanh Chuong started
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 20, the Standing Committee of Thanh Chuong District Youth Union held a groundbreaking ceremony to build a "Red Scarf House" for the family of Hoang Tuan Anh - a student at Thanh Ha Primary School.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were comrade Le Van Luong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union; comrade Trinh Van Nha - Standing Deputy Secretary of Thanh Chuong District Party Committee, representatives of the Party Committee and government of Thanh Ha commune, along with a large number of Thanh Chuong District Youth Union members and people of Thanh Ha commune.

Hoang Tuan Anh’s family is poor and in extremely difficult circumstances. His father has nasopharyngeal cancer and is unable to work. Despite his difficult circumstances, Hoang Tuan Anh has always strived to excel in his studies and has been an excellent student at school for many years.

“The Red Scarf House”for Hoang Tuan Anh's family to start construction with an area of 70m22, worth 50 million VND, the new house is expected to be completed and put into use on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2019.
