Prosecuted 2 young men robbed iPhone of passerby
(Baonghean.vn) - The Investigation Police Agency of Do Luong District Police has just issued decisions to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused, and issue a 3-month detention order for 2 subjects, Phan Van Hau and Le Cong Duc, both residing in Yen Thanh District, Nghe An, for the act of robbery.
Previously, around February 17, 2023, at the Loc Thuy intersection (in Thinh Son commune, Do Luong district), a robbery occurred. The perpetrators were 2 young men driving a motorbike who snatched an Iphone 7plus mobile phone from a teenager while sitting on an electric bicycle.
After receiving the report, Do Luong District Police established a special project and directed the Criminal Police, Economic Police, and Drug Police Team to coordinate with police from communes and towns inside and outside the district to review and investigate the subject.

On February 21, 2023, Do Luong District Police coordinated with Dai Thanh Commune Police, Yen Thanh District to successfully arrest 02 subjects: Phan Van Hau (born in 1993) and Le Cong Duc (born in 1992), both residing in Dai Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District for the act of robbery. Seized evidence: 01 black Iphone 7plus phone, 01 blue Ware motorbike.
During the investigation, the two subjects admitted to the crime. Specifically, Hau was the driver of the motorbike, while Duc sat directly behind.phone snatchingof passersby. After committing the crime, Duc sold the phone he had just snatched in Yen Thanh district.
Currently, Do Luong District Police are continuing to investigate and expand the case./.
