Prosecution of subjects plotting to overthrow the people's government

The Thai Binh Provincial Police Security Investigation Agency has issued a decision to prosecute and temporarily detain a suspect for activities aimed at overthrowing the people's government.

Accordingly, on September 1, the Investigation Security Agency of Thai Binh Provincial Police issued a decision to prosecute and execute an arrest warrant to temporarily detain Nguyen Van Tuc (born in 1964, residing in Co Dung 1 village, Dong La commune, Dong Hung district, Thai Binh province).

Nguyen Van Tuc is being investigated for the crime of activities aimed at overthrowing the people's government as prescribed in Article 79 of the Penal Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The case is currently under investigation according to the provisions of law.
