Determining that this was a revenge case due to personal conflicts, Vinh City Police's criminal investigators focused on examining the scene and investigating the relationship between Mr. Diep and his wife, especially the children in the family. After investigating Hung's social relationships, the investigators found that Le Anh Tuan (born in 1985), residing in Hung Loc Commune, Vinh City, was a suspect.
