Man prosecuted for assaulting 10th grade female student until she suffered a 'concussion'
Just because of one sentence, a female student was assaulted by a man until she suffered a "brain concussion" and had to be hospitalized for treatment. Until now, she has not returned to normal.
As VOV.VN reported earlier, according to the reflection of Ms. B.Th.Ng (42 years old, residing in Lam Trung Thuy commune, Duc Tho district), on the afternoon of January 16, her daughter, Th.B.Th.L (a 10th grade student) and a female friend rode an electric bike to Thai Van Tinh's grocery store to buy needles for sewing and patching clothes.
When they arrived, L stood outside the car while her friend went in to buy two sewing needles. When L's friend took out 20,000 VND to pay, the shop owner refused to sell them individually but to sell them as a whole box, so she refused to buy them and left. When she got out of the car, the girlfriend told L what had happened.

After listening to his friend, L said to his friend: "Why did you buy so much? Go home and sew your mouth shut." As soon as L finished speaking, Tinh immediately ran out of the grocery store, chased after the two female students' car, and pulled L's friend who was sitting behind the car down onto the street. Not stopping there, Tinh continued to use his hands and feet to repeatedly hit L. After that, the man went home.
After about a week of treatment at the hospital, the girl was discharged to go home. However, while at home, she kept complaining of headaches and was still afraid. Recently, when she went to school, she had convulsions, vomited and continuously showed signs of fear. The family was so worried that they took her to a hospital in Nghe An for treatment.
After the incident, the family filed a complaint with the police requesting that the grocery store owner be prosecuted for intentionally causing injury to a person under 16 years old. The result concluded that the disability rate that Tinh caused to L was 6%. The incident is currently being further investigated by the investigation agency./.
