The Provincial Border Guard has deployed to officers and soldiers a work plan to ensure border security, local security, fight against smuggling, trade fraud, drug trafficking, and firecrackers in the border area; mobilize people to actively denounce crimes, launch a peak period to fight against all types of crimes; and do a good job of rear policy work. Officers and soldiers of the Provincial Border Guard have donated 260 million VND to help the poor in the border area enjoy the Spring Festival and Tet.

The Deputy Commander of Military Region 4 praised and highly appreciated the combat readiness spirit of the Provincial Border Guard and the results that officers and soldiers of Nghe An Border Guard achieved in the past year, especially in the fight against all types of crimes, especially drug crimes on the border.
