Surprise inspection of discipline and administrative discipline in Nam Dan district

Through inspection, it was found that the District People's Committee issued and implemented the 2019 work program related to directing and implementing local political tasks; including a plan to inspect compliance with discipline and administrative discipline in agencies and units in the district and establish an interdisciplinary inspection team to inspect compliance with discipline and administrative discipline in 2019.

At the time of inspection, on the second working day after the Lunar New Year, the district deployed professional tasks; including the implementation of the plan of Decision No. 17/QD-TTg on approving the pilot project "Building Nam Dan district to become a model new rural district in the direction of cultural development associated with tourism, period 2018 - 2025".

Checking the compliance with working hours at the District People's Committee at 10:30 a.m., the provincial inspection team noted that basically all cadres and civil servants were present with a sense of concentration at work. However, in 6 specialized departments, 7 people were absent and after direct inspection and verification, all had reasons.

Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Le Dinh Ly suggested that the district pay attention to reminding cadres, civil servants and public employees in the district to strictly comply with discipline and administrative discipline, and to promote the responsibility of leaders in managing cadres, avoiding the situation where cadres and civil servants go where and do what, and leaders are not sure.

Along with that, Nam Dan continues to take measures to direct and urge departments, offices and localities to carry out political tasks right from the first days and months of the year, ensuring the completion of targets and tasks in 2019, and resolutely and strictly handling individuals who violate administrative discipline.
