Surprise inspection of administrative discipline implementation in Tuong Duong
(Baonghean.vn) - A surprise inspection at the People's Committee of Tuong Duong district showed that 27 people were present in 10 specialized departments and the Land Use Rights Registration Office, and 26 people were absent.
On the morning of March 29, the Interdisciplinary Inspection Team on Discipline and Administrative Discipline conducted a surprise inspection in Tuong Duong district.
Inspecting Hoa Binh town and Luong Minh commune (Tuong Duong), the delegation assessed: At the time of inspection, cadres and civil servants complied well with working hours. The units issued plans to implement Directive 26, and carried out timekeeping for cadres and civil servants; cadres and civil servants signed a commitment to implement Directive 17.

In particular, Hoa Binh town has installed a camera system to monitor the compliance with working hours of officials and civil servants, and established an internal inspection and supervision team.
For Luong Minh commune, a commune in a particularly difficult area of Tuong Duong district, it has implemented office culture well. Specifically, the town's officials and civil servants comply with working hours, civil servants wear badges when working, their desks are equipped with name tags; the headquarters hangs the National Emblem and National Flag. Luong Minh commune has paid attention to signing a commitment to implement the code of conduct; monitoring daily working hours by office staff.

The inspection team noted that Hoa Binh town and Luong Minh commune need to supplement regulations on assigning tasks to a number of civil servant positions when there are changes in personnel; supplement and update legal documents as a basis when issuing documents; and publicize the hotline number on administrative reform of the province.
The delegation also requested that these units pay attention to arranging separate citizen reception rooms as well as regular citizen reception schedules for heads of local Party committees and authorities in accordance with regulations.
Units need to rectify and overcome shortcomings and limitations in the one-stop department such as: Publicly posting full administrative procedures, updating areas that need to be resolved.
On the same day, at 11:20 a.m., the delegation made a surprise inspection at the People's Committee of Tuong Duong district. At 10 specialized departments and the Land Use Rights Registration Office, 27 people were present, 26 people were absent with reasons.

The inspection team requested the People's Committee of Tuong Duong district to promptly notify the results of the inspection of compliance with discipline and administrative discipline to the inspected agencies, units and localities in order to promptly rectify and overcome existing shortcomings.
