(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 13, Thai Hoa Town Party Committee discussed solutions to remove obstacles in land acquisition at Nghia My Industrial Cluster with the participation of leaders of departments, branches, and organizations from the Town to Nghia My Commune. Nghia My Industrial Cluster has a planned area of ​​35 hectares, of which 15 hectares have been leased by enterprises for production, the remaining planned land area is expected to be recovered 19.6 hectares, in the first phase, Thai Hoa Town focuses on recovering 4.5 hectares to build an industrial garment factory of a Korean partner. Accordingly, the 4.5 hectares of land recovered in the first phase directly affects the production land of 49 households in 4 hamlets of Yen Tho, Xuan Tho, Long Ha and Long Thuong.

Implementing the policy of reclaiming land in the planned area for the construction of Industrial Clusters to promote investment attraction, create economic restructuring, and achieve the goal of achieving the criteria of a type 3 urban area, Thai Hoa Town has deployed solutions to propagate and mobilize people to create consensus, and has policies and mechanisms to support the improvement of production land in new areas....

Among the 4.6 hectares of land planned for Nghia My Industrial Park, many areas have been left fallow for many years without production.

However, during the process of mobilizing and implementing, there were some problems that led to the progress being slower than the plan's requirements. The households' opinions requested that the Town provide financial support for the recovered land and a higher support mechanism for the recovered area when converting to new cultivated land.

Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Town Party Committee Le Tien Tri requested the departments, branches, Fatherland Front and organizations of Thai Hoa Town and Nghia My Commune to consistently advocate and persistently mobilize people to ensure their interests on the basis of legal regulations.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee will conduct a dialogue with households in the planning area who still have questions and do not agree with the policy and provide information on the socio-economic significance of implementing the policy of land acquisition to attract investment in Nghia My Industrial Park.

At the same time, the political system actively and sequentially participated in the process of mobilizing people, creating consensus to implement the policy of attracting investment and fully exercising citizens' rights and obligations in the upcoming National Assembly and People's Council elections./.
