Initial information, on the evening of November 27, some people discovered a human body (identity unknown) that was no longer intact, contained in a black plastic bag, hidden in a suitcase.suitcasein the bathroom of a house on Street No. 3 near the intersection with Nguyen Thi Thap Street.
The case is currently being investigated by the authorities.
