Disciplinary action against a series of Department and Sector leaders in Khanh Hoa

On the afternoon of August 19, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee announced that it would consider and take disciplinary action against leaders of departments and branches according to Conclusion Notice No. 680 of the Central Inspection Committee. Accordingly, 4 leaders of departments and branches were warned and 2 leaders of departments and branches were reprimanded.

Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee has considered and decided to issue a disciplinary warning to Mr. Le Van De, Director of the Department of Construction.

As a member of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Department of Construction, Mr. Le Van De violated Decision 1396 of the Prime Minister on approving the adjustment of the Master Plan of Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province, until 2025; violated the 2014 Construction Law; and violated the Regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do.

Mr. Tran Hoa Nam, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment was warned for violating the 2005 Investment Law and Regulations on what party members are not allowed to do.

Warning for Mr. Vo Tan Thai, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, former Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, for violating the Investment Law 2005; Land Law 2013 and violating the Regulations on what party members are not allowed to do. The shortcomings and violations of these 3 Department Directors are serious, negatively affecting the reputation of the Party organization and individuals.

The Inspection Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee has reviewed and disciplined Mr. Tran Sy Quan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Tax Department, Deputy Director of the Tax Department of Khanh Hoa province, with a warning for violating the provisions of the law on collecting land and water surface rents; violating the Regulations on things that party members are not allowed to do.

Reprimanded Mr. Tran Minh Hai, Party Committee member, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Khanh Hoa province for violating the Land Law and violating the Regulations on what party members are not allowed to do.

Reprimanded Mr. Nguyen Van Nhut, Party Committee member, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Khanh Hoa province for violating the Law on Bidding, the Law on Construction, and the Regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do./.
