20th Anniversary of Nghe An Business Bloc Union

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 26, Nghe An Business Bloc organized a meeting to celebrate its 20th anniversary (December 1, 1996 - December 1, 2016).

Attending the ceremony were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Thai Khac Thu - Secretary of the Nghe An Business Bloc Party Committee; Nguyen Dinh Hung - Secretary of the Con Cuong District Party Committee and generations of adults from the Nghe An Business Bloc Youth Union through the periods.

Comrade Nguyen Kieu Hung - Secretary of the Youth Union of the Business Bloc read a speech reviewing the 20-year tradition of building and growing the Youth Union of the Nghe An Business Bloc.

At the meeting, delegates reviewed the tradition of the Nghe An Business Union over 20 years of establishment and development. Up to now, the Union has 92 establishments with many different types of enterprises, with a total of 4,160 members.

Comrade Pham Tuan Vinh - Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union awarded the Central Emulation Flag to the unit with outstanding achievements in the youth movement.

With many good and practical ways of doing things, creating profound social effects, the Youth Union of the block has affirmed the positive contributions of the Youth Union in the units for the socio-economic development goals of the province. Along with traditional education work, the Youth Union of the business block also promotes emulation movements according to specific characteristics and models such as the movement of technical innovation initiatives, creative ideas; organizing vocational competitions.

In addition, the Youth Union of the business sector also promotes social security movements, visits to heroic Vietnamese mothers, families with meritorious services; builds houses of love and charity; activities towards the Sea and islands; voluntary blood donation, free medical examination and medicine for families with meritorious services, organizes youth festivals; cultural, sports and physical training movements; ... creating a vibrant and joyful competitive atmosphere after work, demonstrating care for the spiritual life of young people, motivating young people to stick with businesses.

The Youth Union of the Business Bloc also pays attention to the work of developing the Party. Over the past 20 years, the Youth Union of the Bloc has introduced thousands of outstanding members to the Party and admitted 3,133 members.

On this occasion, the Nghe An Business Bloc Union was awarded the Emulation Flag by the Central Youth Union for units with outstanding achievements in the youth movement. The Nghe An Business Bloc Union also presented commemorative medals to individuals who contributed to the work of the Union.
