(Baonghean.vn) - Cua Lo town requires electric car drivers in Cua Lo to wear navy blue uniforms and carry badges; the town has currently issued 610 uniforms.
The shirt model used is a youthful, dynamic T-shirt; using only one color, navy blue, with the town's logo.

Drivers of 4-wheel electric vehicles must wear a name tag when participating in traffic. If the driver of an electric vehicle does not wear a name tag or uniform, he/she will be fined from 100,000 to 200,000 VND according to Point C, Clause 1, Article 23 of Decree 46 of the Government.
In addition, additional penalties must be complied with, such as: Revocation of operating license and license plate if colluding in raising service prices; Abandoning tourists; Arbitrarily changing issued license plates and self-tapping chassis numbers; Detaining vehicles for 7 days if driving on the wrong day, not publicly posting prices on the vehicle body, etc.

The town also applies the following measures to 4-wheel electric vehicles circulating without an operating license: 60-day detention and fine according to Point A, Clause 4, Article 16, Decree 46 of the Government./.
