Travel + Leisure has published a list of 16 beautiful coastal towns in the world. Vietnam's representative, Cua Van fishing village in Ha Long (Quang Ninh), is honored to be in the top 10.

American travel magazine introduces Cua Van fishing village located in Vietnam's impressive Ha Long Bay. This small village consists of floating houses, surrounded by vast natural landscapes, rugged mountains, and deep blue sea.

About 700 people here live mainly by fishing and aquaculture. Households here build raft houses along the edge of the rocky islands. They live in floating houses, consider the boat as their home, the sea as their homeland. The children also study at the school on the river.

Cua Van has become a popular destination for tourists who want to witness this unique way of life. The charming scenery of the sea and the hospitable fishermen have created a special attraction for the fishing village complex.

Coming here, visitors have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the wild, rustic natural scenery and be directly guided to join fishermen in activities such as rowing boats, casting nets, fishing, etc.

Topping the Travel + Leisure rankings is Polperro - an idyllic village in Cornwall, England.

The destination is famous for its traditional 16th-century fishermen's houses. Many ancient tiled-roof houses and unique shops on narrow, winding streets. Here, you will discover the Polperro Heritage Museum, handicraft shops, and famous local confectionery and seafood.

Saint George (Bermuda) ranked second. The village has traditional architecture that has existed since the 17th century. This place impresses with a series of buildings in bright colors such as white, pink, yellow, and blue.

Manarola, a colorful town in Italy, is in the top 3. Built on a cliff 70 meters above sea level, Manarola is one of the 5 fishing villages that create the breathtaking beauty of the Cinque Terre coastal area.

According to legend, the houses were painted bright colors so that fishermen could easily recognize them when they returned home. Manarola is most beautiful at sunset when the last rays of the sun cast a golden hue over the tiny houses.
