(Baonghean.vn)-At around 9:00 p.m. on November 21, on Provincial Road 537A in Quynh Yen Commune (Quynh Luu), a traffic accident occurred between a 4-seat car and a motorbike, seriously injuring a young man.
Witnesses to the incident said: at the above time, a young man about 17-18 years old was driving a motorbike with license plate 37P6 7241 at high speed in the direction of Quynh Nghia - Cau Giat. When he reached a location in Quynh Yen commune, he suddenly crashed into a 4-seat car with license plate 37A 255 69 going in the opposite direction.
