On November 19, 2016, the Provincial People's Committee organized an examination of the contents and criteria for new rural areas at the district level in Vinh city. Based on the assessment results of the Council for Examination of the contents and criteria for new rural areas at the district level in Nghe An province for the period 2015-2020, by November 19, 2016, Vinh city had met the criteria of the city and town, completing the task of building new rural areas according to Decision No. 558/QD-TTg dated April 5, 2016 of the Prime Minister.

Pursuant to Circular No. 40/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 13, 2014 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on guiding the procedures and dossiers for consideration and announcement of communes, districts and provinces meeting new rural standards, the Provincial People's Committee announces the collection of opinions from agencies, organizations and people in the province on the results of the examination of the level of achievement of the criteria for the city to complete the task of building new rural areas of Vinh city, specifically as follows:

Participants: All people, organizations, agencies and units in Nghe An province.

Content for comments: Results of implementing the new rural construction program of Vinh city in the period 2011 - 2016 (draft review report of the Provincial People's Committee at website http://nongthonmoinghean.vn).

Time for comments: Within 10 days (from the date of announcement).
