The Drinking Water Remembering Its Source Festival in Anh Son district will take place from July 25 to 27.

Before that, the inauguration ceremony will be held at the Vietnam-Laos Cemetery, Anh Son district and all cemeteries and martyrs' memorials in the province.

On July 25, 2022, a candle lighting and gratitude ceremony will take place at the Vietnam - Laos Martyrs Cemetery.

In the series of programs of the Drinking Water Remembering Its Source Festival, there will be the program "Immortal Epic" to pay tribute to heroic martyrs and people with revolutionary contributions, hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, broadcast live on VTV1.

The program is held in Anh Son town and produced by the Department of Performing Arts and the Vietnam National Music, Dance and Dance Theater. It is expected to bring special and impressive emotions to people and tourists from near and far.

In addition, the program also includes a large-scale exhibition of propaganda paintings on War Invalids and Martyrs Day; an art performance called Unforgettable Song; a men's volleyball tournament; an exhibition of cultural and culinary products of ethnic groups in Anh Son district; and tours to local relics and tourist attractions.

The program is implemented by the Department of Culture and Sports in coordination with Anh Son district.

This year's festival activities will be held for 3 days from July 25 - 27, 2022.
