Attending the memorial service were comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Provincial People's Committee Office; Leaders of Nam Dan district, Hong Son ward - Vinh city, representatives of the Le family of Mac origin in Nghe An and a large number of people of Xuan Hoa commune.

At the ceremony, delegates, descendants and people of Xuan Hoa commune reviewed the heroic revolutionary history of their homeland, the life and career of the revolutionary predecessor - martyr Le Hong Son.
Comrade Le Hong Son's real name is Le Van Phon, born in 1899 in Xuan Hoa commune, Nam Dan district. In 1920, he went abroad to participate in revolutionary activities. In 1924, he met Nguyen Ai Quoc and became his excellent student. Comrade Le Hong Son was one of the founders of the Communist Party of Vietnam. In 1932, he was arrested by Chiang Kai-shek's government and handed over to the French colonialists. On February 20, 1933 (January 26, Quy Dau year), they brought Le Hong Son back to Xuan Hoa commune to be executed. Comrade Le Hong Son lived heroically and died gloriously, a source of pride for his homeland.

At the grave of comrade Le Hong Son, on behalf of the Party Committee and people of Nghe An province, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong offered incense and food, expressing deep gratitude for the great contributions of the revolutionary predecessor; vowing to contribute to building the homeland to become more and more prosperous.
