The interdisciplinary inspection team of Food Safety and Hygiene of Ha Tinh province has just conducted a surprise inspection of the candy production facility of Ong Ba Thu Vien, registered under the name of Ms. Dang Thi Thanh, located at 481 Ha Huy Tap Street, Ha Tinh City.

The raw material storage tank for making candy couldn't be dirtier.

At the time of inspection, it was found that the cooking area and raw material storage equipment for the production of cudo candy of this facility were too dirty: the floor was damp, there was not enough light for production, the surrounding production area was dirty and unsanitary, affecting the quality of the product, the containers containing raw materials such as molasses and malt were not cleaned, so they were very dirty and dusty, some edges of the tanks containing molasses and malt were rusted and fell down, mixing with the molasses and malt... In particular, near the product packaging area, the owner raised a number of livestock and poultry such as dogs, chickens, rabbits, birds...

With the above violations, the Food Safety and Hygiene interdisciplinary inspection team has drawn up a record of administrative fine of 4 million VND for the Thu Lien candy production facility for not ensuring food safety and hygiene during the food production and trading process. At the same time, the team also requested the facility to correct the violations as soon as possible to ensure food safety and hygiene for customers.
