The tornado collapsed and blew off the roofs of more than 700 houses in Que Phong.

Accordingly, in Cam Muon commune, 2 people were injured by flying tiles, 5 houses were completely collapsed; 413 houses had their roofs blown off; Quang Phong commune had 4 houses and 4 classrooms completely collapsed, 62 houses had their roofs blown off, 1 high-voltage power line was broken; Tri Le commune had 226 houses with their roofs blown off, of which 3 houses were completely collapsed.Total estimated damage on1.3billion dong

Que Phong district leaders support families affected by tornadoes

After the tornado, the communes mobilized local forces to help the affected households overcome the consequences. The People's Committee of Que Phong district decided to initially support each family whose house collapsed with 2,000,000 VND; each family whose roof was blown off or severely damaged received 1 million VND.
