Comrade Le Ngoc Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, born on July 20, 1967, in Thanh Tien commune, Thanh Chuong district, Nghe An province, due to a serious illness, passed away at 9:46 p.m. on June 19, 2022 (May 21, Nham Dan year).

Burial at 12:30 p.m. on June 22, 2022 at Ruong Ruong Tren Cemetery, Thanh Lieu Hamlet, Thanh Tien Commune, Thanh Chuong District, Nghe An Province.
