Fire exits of many high-rise boarding houses in Vinh City are blocked.

In case of fire or explosion, the escape route is the decisive factor for survival. However, in some high-rise boarding houses in Vinh City, the escape routes are blocked, welded with iron cages, or contain many vehicles and objects that hinder escape and rescue by authorities when an incident occurs.
