Comrade Pham Van Vinh - Deputy Director of Department of Planning and Investment: Need to strengthenCoordination in implementing the one-stop mechanism in some areas is not tight, so the efficiency is not high. |
However, there are still some shortcomings, that is, the one-stop mechanism in some departments and localities is still formal. The coordination in implementing the one-stop mechanism in some areas is not tight, so the efficiency is not high. There is still a situation of receiving documents in one place and getting results in many places, which is arbitrary and against the regulations.

Colonel Le Khac Thuyet - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department commented: Strengthening the connection between departments and branches in implementing administrative reform. |
After listening to the opinions of the departments, comrade Le Xuan Dai - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee concluded: The implementation of the one-stop shop and inter-connected one-stop shop mechanism in the province has not met the requirements; The reporting department needs to update the data to accurately reflect the current status of the one-stop shop and inter-connected one-stop shop models. Moving forward, it is necessary to build a modern one-stop shop and inter-connected one-stop shop model, aiming to reduce inconvenience for people and businesses.
We must consider people and businesses as the subjects to be served; reducing unofficial costs is the only way to improve the PCI (provincial competitiveness index) and PAPI (people satisfaction index) - PAR-INDEX (administrative reform index).

To effectively reform the administrative system and implement the one-stop and inter-connected one-stop mechanisms, it requires the determination of the leaders; selecting one-stop staff with professional expertise; paying attention to professional training for one-stop staff; promoting the application of information technology in management and administration; creating synchronization and unity in the application of information technology with connections between departments and branches.
