At around 9:40 p.m. on March 31, an accident occurred between a Range Rover and a Mazda 3, causing one car to be damaged and the other to crash onto the sidewalk.

According to a witness, at that time, the Range-rover car was traveling on Le Nin street in the direction from Kinh Bac bridge to the center of Vinh city, when it reached the "clock" roundabout, it suddenly lost control, hit the side of the Mazda 3, continued to move to the left, and climbed up the flower bed opposite the Nghe An provincial police station.

After the collision, the Mazda 3 suffered severe damage to the side. The accident did not cause any casualties.
