- Mugwort and black bean egg soup:Mugwort leaves 30g, black beans 30g, 1 egg; boil all 3 until the egg is cooked. Eat the eggs and drink the mugwort bean water. Use once a day, for 10 days each time.

Uses:Used for people with high blood pressure, dizziness, dry stools, difficulty defecating, and only defecating once every few days (sesame and honey have laxative effects).

- Mulberry leaves and chicken eggs:Mulberry leaves (tang diep) 6g, 1 chicken egg, boil until the egg is cooked. Eat twice a day after meals. Each course is 1 week; or eat continuously for several days.
