Stir-fried wood ear mushrooms with meat: 20g black fungus, 30g white fungus, 250g chicken, 50g cucumber, 10g red wine, 5g salt, 3g seasoning powder, 5g ginger, 10g onion, 35g cooking oil.

Soak 2 types of dried mushrooms in water for 2 hours, remove stems, tear into petals; wash chicken, cut into cubes; wash cucumber, cut into thin slices; thinly slice ginger; cut onions into pieces. Place a pan of oil on high heat, saute onions and ginger until fragrant; add 2 types of mushrooms, cucumber, chicken, wine and stir-fry until chicken changes color; add seasoning powder, stir-fry until cooked. Uses: nourish yin, moisten lungs, beautify complexion, reduce fat and lower blood fat.

Stir-fried white fungus with chicken: 30g white fungus, 250g chicken breast, 20g black fungus, 50g cucumber, 10g red wine, 5g salt, 3g seasoning powder, 5g ginger, 10g onion, 35g cooking oil.

Soak white and black wood ear mushrooms in hot water for 2 hours, remove stems, wash, tear into flower petal shapes; wash chicken, cut into 3cm square pieces, cut cucumber into square pieces; thinly slice ginger; cut onion into pieces. Place pan of oil on high heat, add ginger and onion and saute until fragrant, add white and black wood ear mushrooms, cucumber and stir-fry until color changes; stir-fry seasoning powder until cooked.

Uses: weight loss, lower blood fat.
