"There is no rush. We approach this issue in a measured, well-founded manner," Ryabkov said in response to a question about when Russia would announce retaliatory measures against the expulsion of Russian diplomats and the closure of the Russian Consulate General in the United States.
On March 4, in Salisbury, England, former intelligence colonel Sergei Skripal, who worked for the British special forces, and his daughter Yulia were poisoned.
The British side affirmed that the Russian State was involved in the "poisoning" of Skripal, however Russia firmly denied all allegations of involvement in the "Skripal case".
