Ibrahimovic was one of the first players to be signed by Manchester United under new manager Jose Mourinho. The 34-year-old Swedish striker arrived at Old Trafford on a free transfer after his contract with PSG expired.

Meanwhile, Rashford is the brightest young talent at MU at the moment. Last season, in his first professional season, the 18-year-old striker played explosively, even winning a place at EURO 2016 with the England team.

Therefore, Mourinho is very pleased that next season he can use this pair of strikers, one old, one young, in the MU squad. He said: "Zlatan is 34 years old this year, Marcus is only 18 years old. If you take the sum of 34 and 18 divided by two, you will get the perfect age for a football player (26)".

The Special One continued: "Eighteen is not perfect, 34 is not perfect, but Ibra and Rashford can make a great complement to each other with the qualities they have."

Mourinho khá dè dặt khi nói về tân binh Bailly
Mourinho is quite reserved when talking about new player Bailly.

In contrast to his excitement for the Ibra - Rashford duo, Mourinho was quite reserved when evaluating versatile defender Eric Bailly, the new recruit who just transferred from Villarreal with a transfer fee of 30 million pounds.

"I could compare him to some of the players I have coached before, but I don't want to. I believe he is a player with quality, very strong and quick," he said.

"It's not easy to find a player who is big but quick like that. He used to play as a right-back and is a good centre-back. But I don't know if he's ready or not," the Special One cautioned.
