10th grade male student blinds passerby just because of exhaust noise
Angry at the sound of exhaust pipes, a group of 7 teenagers grabbed scissors and rocks and chased another group to beat them up. One of them, a 10th grade male student, stabbed his opponent, causing him to go blind.
On March 21, Buon Ma Thuot City Police, Dak Lak Province, said that the unit is continuing to investigate and handle a group of 7 teenagers who got into a fight, resulting in one person being stabbed and blinded.

Accordingly, this group includes: Pham Gia Ph. (16 years old, studying in grade 10), Nguyen Tien D. (16 years old), Trang Minh L. (17 years old), Nong Van Ch. (15 years old), Nong Van C. (17 years old), Tran Duc Th. (16 years old) and Nguyen Thanh D. (15 years old, studying in grade 9), all residing in Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province.
At around 5:30 p.m. on March 19, the group went to a coffee shop on Dang Dung Street (Buon Ma Thuot City) to drink coffee. At around 8:30 p.m. the same day, a group of about 6 other teenagers on 4 motorbikes passed by the shop and revved their engines. Seeing this, the 7 teenagers rushed out with scissors, bricks and stones to chase and beat them.
During the fight, Pham Gia Ph. used scissors to stab Huynh Tin Ph. (a group of teenagers on a motorbike) in the face, causing Ph. to be blind in his left eye, with a disability rate of 41%. Currently, Ph. is being treated at the Central Highlands General Hospital./.
