11th grade male student transports 2,300 firecrackers on electric bicycle

At the police station, this male student gave his name as VQTr (born in 2001, residing in Nghi Thai commune, Nghi Loc district). Tr. is currently studying in grade 11 at Nguyen Hue High School.
