Young man slashed the commune chairman's father to death
According to local leaders, while Mr. H. was passing by Manh's house, he was suddenly dragged into the backyard and slashed multiple times with a knife, causing the victim to die.
On the morning of September 8, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuu - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Khoai Chau district (Hung Yen province) confirmed the above serious case and said that early this morning, Mr. H. (born in 1932, residing in Thuan Hung commune, Khoai Chau district) while passing by the house of his neighbor named Manh (born in 1988, also residing at the above address) was suddenly dragged into the backyard by this subject, who used a knife to slash him many times, causing the victim to die.

According to Mr. Tuu, in Manh's locality, there are many signs of neurological abnormalities. Mr. H. is the father of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thuan Hung Commune (Hung Yen Province), the perpetrator's house and the victim's house are close to each other.
After the incident, authorities were present at the scene to investigate and clarify the cause of the incident.
Also related to the incident, the same morning, the Chief of Office of the People's Committee of Khoai Chau district added that currently, Khoai Chau district police and Hung Yen provincial police are investigating and clarifying the case.
