Young man specializes in molesting female students on deserted roads
Thai Ngoc Quy (20 years old) was discovered to have sexually harassed female students and teachers on deserted roads.
On March 14, Quy was prosecuted by the Hoa Chau Commune Police, Hoa Vang District (Da Nang) for his behavior.molestationwomen in traffic
Quy in Dien Hoa commune, Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province, was previously administratively punished by Quang Nam police for similar behavior.

Recently, Quy "changed his location" to Hoa Chau commune (bordering Dien Hoa commune). Quy drove a black Air Blade, changed the license plate to a fake one, and then went looking for women to molest at noon or at night after school.
Many teachers and female students became victims and reported the incident to the police. At around 12:30 on March 12, Quy was caught red-handed by Hoa Chau Commune Police while molesting an 11th grade female student on her way to school.
Authorities inform people that if they discover Quy in the area and have similar behaviors, they should immediately report to the nearest police station for coordination in handling.
