Previously, the authorities of Quynh Giang commune discovered a case of NVL returning from the epidemic area of ​​Binh Duong province but falsely declaring to the commune health station that he had returned from Binh Thuan province in order to avoid implementing centralized medical isolation measures according to regulations.
