Young man on drugs sets fire to neighbor's car

(Baonghean.vn) - The incident of burning a neighbor's car just happened at 7:30 a.m. on May 16, at block 6, Cau Giat town, Quynh Luu, Nghe An.

According to witnesses, the person who set fire to the car was Ngo Xuan Dieu (30 years old, residing in block 6, Cau Giat town, Quynh Luu). Ngo Xuan Dieu is a drug addict under local management.

At about 7:30 a.m. the same day, after finishing breakfast, Dieu returned home and suddenly "went berserk". He used a hard object to smash the window of car with license plate 37D - 01539 and then used a lighter to burn the interior of the car.

The car owner, Mr. Than Hoai Nam (32 years old), residing in Block 6, Cau Giat town, said that last night he borrowed a car from a relative in Vinh city to park it in a neighbor's parking lot. When he heard people shouting about a car fire, he immediately went to the scene and found that his car's windows had been smashed and the interior had been burned.

Authorities closed the case of a car whose windows were smashed and its interior set on fire by a drugged man.

Immediately after the incident, Quynh Luu police were present at the scene, arrested Dieu, blocked off and examined the scene to investigate the cause.
